Pace Teams Led by Chicago Endurance Sports

New in 2011! As an added benefit to the participants we will be offering pace teamsled by experienced Chicago Endurance Sports pacers for a large variety of pace times.

The pace teams provide even splits and fun camaraderie with other runners strivingto reach similar goals. These teams are for those finishing their first 10 mile race tothose who are looking for a new PR. Click here for the Pace Team FAQ.

Soldier Field 10 Mile Training Program

A great way to prepare for the Fleet Feet Sports Soldier Field 10 Mile on May 28! There is still time to sign up for the Training Program.

Program Details
  • Professional, experienced coaches from Chicago Endurance Sports
  • Personalized 10-week daily training schedule for all levels and abilities
  • Weekly email newsletter with tips on training and program updates
  • Weekly group training sessions lead by a Chicago Endurance Sports coach. Training runs begin at 6:30pm at the following locations:
  • Training tips and Q&A sessions during each group training run
  • Access to Equinox Fitness Clubs on Saturdays
  • $10 gift card to Fleet Feet Sports and special shopping opportunities on footwear and apparel
  • product trials during select group training runs
  • adidas long sleeve technical top ($45 value)
  • Access to exclusive VIP area on race day with gear check

Meet our coaches, learn about the training program, and get answers to all of your questions at the Kickoff and Informational Meeting. Registration will be available (credit card only) after the meeting. And don't worry - we won't make you run... yet! Just dress casually and bring a great attitude!

Saturday Training Sessions at Equinox Fitness Clubs
Join in Saturday workouts led by Equinox's Personal Trainers, all of whom have graduated from the proprietary Equinox Fitness Training Institute. The Equinox training sessions are free to all registered participants of the Fleet Feet Sports Soldier Field 10 Mile, and will take place each Saturday at 9am through May 21. To take advantage of this offer, please plan on arriving by 8:40am with photo I.D.

The weekly training sessions will take place at two convenient locations:

  • Equinox Highland Park

The weekly sessions offer cross training through scheduled runs, Group Fitness classes, training tips and Q&A.  You will have access to Equinox facilities and amenities on the day of training, including Group Fitness classes. Locks not provided for locker rooms.

Weekly Fleet Feet Sports Fun Runs and Walks
Participating in Fleet Feet Sports' weekly fun runs is another way to prepare for the 10 Mile Run! Fleet Feet Sports hosts six weekly fun runs and walks. All paces are welcome and gear storage and restrooms are available.
