Program Details
Ability to register for the the Soldier Field 10 Mile (until May 3) even if the race sells out (Note: race registration is NOT included in the training program registration fee)

Personalized 10-week daily training schedule for all levels and abilities
Weekly email newsletter with tips on training and program updates
Weekly group training sessions lead by a coach. Training runs begin at 6:30pm

Participating in Fleet Feet Sports' weekly fun runs is another way to prepare
